CASE FELLOWSHIP ON THE EMERGING CONTAMINANTS/PFAS PROJECT
AT THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering (CASE) is accepting applications for a Two-Year Science and Technology Policy Fellowship for the Emerging Contaminants/PFAS Project at the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), Hartford, Connecticut, to begin between November 2018 and January 2019.
Eligible candidates must have a PhD or equivalent terminal degree — or for engineers, a masters in engineering with three years of professional experience — in an environmental science-related discipline or public health with a focus on environmental toxicology. PhD candidates will be considered if completion of their PhD is imminent.
This is an opportunity for a scientist/engineer to engage at the nexus of research and policy on a significant environmental and public health issue — emerging contaminants/per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

About the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering
