Background:  The local chapter sponsors and hosts events for its membership in the metropolitan Washington area including Virginia and Maryland.  We are currently underway in organizing programs for the next 18 months.  Programs are designed to  inform members on timely policy issues, further methods and techniques, and provide education and outreach to the surrounding community.
