This year’s Annual Meeting will be held in Washington DC at The Westin Washington, DC Downtown (formerly known as Renaissance Washington).

Washington Reagan National Airport is the closest airport to the nation’s capital for the convenience of tourists and locals.
The station is located at 2401 Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Access Rd, Arlington, VA 22202, but is considered the local Washington DC airport.
You can take either line into DC but if you’re headed downtown, the Yellow line is usually faster.
The SRA is providing complimentary childcare this year for the 2023 Annual Meeting. Childcare with be provided through Taming Toddlers, LLC, a licensed and insured childcare providing service. Childcare will be in a meeting room at the Renaissance.
In an effort to keep the numbers low, childcare is provided at first come-first served. You are not obligated to these times, and you are also welcome to sign your child(ren) up onsite if there is space. Please register now for the times you need to hold your place.
Note – if you would like childcare services for Sunday, December 10, or Thursday, December 14 (during the workshops), you must preregister. If we do not have preregistered children for Sunday or Thursday, we will only provide services Monday through Wednesday.
