Dr. Shao is a Postdoctoral Fellow with EPA’s National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA) who received a dual PhD degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. His projects include the Risk Assessment Modeling Project, Model Averaging Project, and Probabilistic Risk Assessment Project to support NCEA’s IRIS program.
Justin Teeguarden (Pacific Northwest Labs) will make the September 10 presentation on non-linear carcinogens, and Rita Schoeny (EPA/ORD) the October 1 presentation on non-monotonic dose response. These presentations are also from noon-1:00 p.m. Eastern, and all of them can be accessed as follows:
