SRA-LA Executive Committee Announces Third Congress Delayed Until 2015

The Latin America Regional Organization of SRA has announced that the October 2014 Congress planned for Argentina has been cancelled. The Third Congress will instead be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2015 (dates to be determined).
